101 Artist's Cement Painting Technique

  1. Using a palette knife spread out 101 Artist's Cement - Light onto a piece of mat board. Use mat board because with the amount of 101 used and the it might wrinkle regular paper or card stock.
  2. Form the 101 into loose flowers and leaves using a paint brush. Be sure to get lots of texture and peaks. Let dry.
  3. Once dry, mix several colors of Jewelz Powdered Pigments with Perfect Paper Adhesive - Gloss in separate cups. Use these acrylic paints to paint the flowers. You can also use Lumiere and Neopaque paints.
