Materials List 101 Artist's Cement - Light Jewelz Powdered Pigments Perfect Paper Adhesive (PPA) - Gloss Lumiere & Neopaque Paints Mat Board Palette Knife & Brushes (click any of the products listed above for product information, colors, and sizes) Directions Using a palette knife spread out 101 Artist's Cement - Light onto a piece of mat board. Use mat board because with the amount of 101 used and the it might wrinkle regular paper or card stock. Form the 101 into loose flowers and leaves using a paint brush. Be sure to get lots of texture and peaks. Let dry. Once dry, mix several colors of Jewelz Powdered Pigments with Perfect Paper Adhesive - Gloss in separate cups.
