- Using a palette knife
spread out 101 Artist's Cement - Light onto a piece
of mat board. Use mat board because with the amount of 101
used and the it might wrinkle regular paper or card stock.
- Form the 101
into loose flowers and leaves using a paint brush. Be sure to get
lots of texture and peaks. Let dry.
- Once dry, mix several
colors of Jewelz
Powdered Pigments with Perfect Paper Adhesive
- Gloss in separate cups. Use these acrylic paints to paint
the flowers. You can also use Lumiere and Neopaque paints.
