Materials List Jewelz Watercolor Palettes 101 Artist’s Cement - Light Excel Board - White Mica D'lights Great Tape Paint Brush Styline Stickers Beads Palette Knife Green & White Cardstock Ribbon - Gold Directions Using a palette knife spread a thin layer of 101 Artist’s Cement Light onto a piece of white Excel Mat board. While wet, either draw an outline of your Holiday shape, or trace one from a coloring book or greeting card. Let dry completely. Paint the image using a Watercolor Palette. While wet, embellish cement using Mica D'lights, beads, sequins and/or ribbon. Mount all layers together using Great Tape onto a card.
