PICTURE
PERFECT
|
- Delaminate a Mica
Tile.
- Place pressed flowers,
photos, small tickets, wrappers or other memorabilia between
Tiles.
- Reassemble the pieces
using Great Tape, Perfect Paper Adhesive - gloss, Foil
-it, or WireWorks.
- Sprinkle any of
the Mica Flakes or D'Lights in between the Tile
before reassembling.
- Randomly wrap Ah,
That’s Great Tape, around the edges of the Tile.
- Dip the taped area
into Mica Flakes Gold Dust, or Sparkling
Champagne.

EMBOSSING
- Select a Mica
Tile, several colors of flakes, and an embossing powder.
Clear is especially effective for this technique.
- Sprinkle Ultra
Thick Embossing Enamel onto a Tile and
begin heating from the underside.
- Sprinkle on Mica
Flakes before and during the melting process.
- Set the Tile
onto a table, and while still hot, press an inked stamp into
the molten enamel.
- Allow to cool thoroughly
before handling.
- Embellish with Pearl
Ex and mount into art using Perfect Paper Adhesive
- Gloss, or Great Tape.
WARNING:
Mica Tiles conduct heat and get very hot when working with a heat
tool. ALWAYS handle Tiles with a Handy-Clip when working with
any heat source.

MOSAIC
TILE SURFACES
- Tear or cut Mica
Tiles with scissors.
- Adhere the pieces
using Perfect Paper Adhesive - gloss.
- In between the Tiles,
brush a thin line of adhesive and ‘grout’ the tiled area using
Mica Flakes - Sparkling Champagne or one of the
smaller grained Mica D'Lights.
- If the art is to
be handled, coat the entire surface with Perfect Paper
Adhesive - gloss as a finish top coat.

MONOPRINTS
- Mix Perfect
Paper Adhesive with Pearl Ex. Dot two
or three colors onto one surface and “smoosh” the mixtures between
two pieces of a split tile.
- Take the Tiles
back apart.
- Draw into the painted
areas and press them onto paper.
- Carefully lift the
Tile and incorporate it into the artwork.

ADDED
TO CLAY
- Mix into any natural,
paper or polymer clay for beautiful marbleizing effects.

EMBELLISHMENTS
FOR CANDLEMAKING
- Add beautiful natural
sparkle to hot wax, or adhere to candle surface using Perfect
Paper Adhesive.

HANDMADE
PAPER
- Sprinkle into the
bath before pulling each piece of paper in the mould.
