BODACIOUSLY BEAUTIFUL BACKGROUNDS
  • Apply a thin coat of Perfect Paper Adhesive (PPA) to a dark surface, then rub several colors of dry Pearl Ex onto the surface. This is a terrific background for rubber stamping or collage, as well as a surface effect for picture frames and mirrors.
  • To further enhance the background, use Krylon Webbing Spray over the Pearl Ex’ed surface.
  CONFETTI PAPER BACKGROUND
  • Cover the surface with Duo Embellishing Adhesive. Let dry. Dip the tip of a dry brush into dry Pearl Ex. Tap the pigment over the painted card stock. No spray or coating is needed.
  FAUX LACE PAPER

Brush off the excess. Repeat this process, but roll on the AT Great Tape in a different direction. For extra durability and sparkle, brush on a thin coat of PPA - gloss and sprinkle on Perfect fx - flakes.
