USArtQuest.com can ship to virtually any address in the world. For International shipping, your rate will be emailed to you.

Special handling charges apply to hazardous materials, such as aerosol cans.

Important Notes:

• For US and International shipping: It is against the law to ship aerosol sprays by air.
• Damage claims must be reported within 5 days of receiving the shipment. We will notify Fed Ex immediately.
• Keep damaged merchandise in the original carton for Fed-Ex inspection.
• Out-of-Stock products will be canceled after 7 business days.
• With your email approval, orders will be held for the remaining out-of-stock products for 7 business days. However, you will be emailed, and given the alternative to ship or hold an order.

Why does USArtQuest sometimes split orders?
USArtQuest will always ship your order in the most economical way possible. However, there are three circumstances that sometimes require us to split your order into separate shipments:

1. Oversized Items: Certain items are so large that they must be shipped separately from the rest of the order, and in fact may be more economical. If special handling fees apply, you will be notified when your order is ready to be shipped. Sheet papers are also often shipped in their own box.
2. Hazardous Materials: Government regulations force some items (such as aerosol sprays) to be mailed and not air-freighted. If you wish to have your order sent by the most economical carrier, sprays may be shipped separately. You will be notified when your order is ready to be shipped.
3. Back-Ordered Products: Back-orders, although canceled after 7 business days, may be shipped separately if the original order already fills a box and the back-ordered product can be sent along separately

Excludes Hawaii and Alaska. Includes APO/FPO addresses.

Standard Shipping – Calculated by weight – anywhere in the continental U.S. Does not include Alaska and Hawaii.

• 3 to 7 Business Days. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers (usually Fed-Ex).
• However, Hawaii and Alaska are usually shipped USPS unless notified.

Special Handling

• Special Handling Orders that are extremely oversized or weigh over 150 pounds are subject to special handling charges. The shipping charges for these items will be calculated for you and confirmed via email or phone. This service includes delivery within 7 days of shipment.
• Please also note that each shipment of these items requires an adult signature upon delivery. Once your order leaves our distribution center, you will be contacted by the shipper to arrange a specific time for delivery.
