Security Policy

USArtQuest website employs the most up to date website security available. If you are not comfortable shopping online, we will accept orders by fax at (000)000-0000.  We discourage phone orders because accuracy is sometimes compromised. We will accept these orders however, with the understanding that will need to process your credit card through our store processor, and not an off-site processor.

We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number at any time. Protecting the safety of your credit card information is extremely important to us. and we use an off-site credit card number authorization site. PRODUCT INFORMATION

USArtQuest attempts to be as accurate as possible in describing its products. However, we cannot warrant that product descriptions or other content of this website are100% error-free. Any product that falls short of your expectations in terms of what was described on the website, may be returned for a full refund, less the cost of shipping.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

All products purchased from USArtQuest website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by USArtQuest, such as FedEx or the United States Postal Service. We will respond immediately to any damaged shipment and send a replacement.  If the carrier loses your order, we will reship your purchase and you will not be charged.  If your shipment does not arrive in a timely manner, please call us immediately so that we may promptly work to resolve the problem.
